Ingredients

  • 1 kg Woolworths frozen potato mash
  • 1 kg Woolworths frozen sweet potato mash
  • browned butter, to serve
  • grated Parmesan, to serve
  • crispy fried sage leaves, to serve

Cooking Instructions

1. Cook frozen potato mash and frozen sweet potato mash according to package instructions. Serve with browned butter, grated Parmesan and crispy fried sage leaves.

Chef’s tip: Use frozen mash or sweet potato mash to top any savoury pie or as a binding agent in your favourite fish cake recipe.
