Butter chicken and cheese toasties

Slindile Khoza levels up her chicken toasties with butter chicken! Add cheese and you’ve got the most moreish meal. Finish off this cosy dinner with Woolworths new Spiced Toffee Apple Pudding with Dairy Dream ice cream.

- Woolworths frozen butter chicken curry
- 8 slises Woolworths crushed wheat sourdough bread
- 4 T butter
- 1-2 x 150g Woolworths sliced cheddar cheese
- spiced toffee apple pudding
- Woolworths Dairy Dream™ Vanilla flavoured dairy ice cream
Method
Ingredients
1. Heat butter chicken according to package instructions.
2. Once cooked through, butter bread, sandwiching the buttered sides together, top with two slices of cheddar then spoon a generous amount of butter chicken on top. Optionally, add more cheese on top of butter chicken.
3. Place buttered side of topped bread into a warm pan and sandwich with the second slice. Toast.
4. Serve immediately.
For dessert: New Spiced Toffee Apple Pudding prepared according to package instructions and served with Dairy Dream™ Vanilla Flavoured Dairy Ice Cream.
