Inspired by classic French pâtés and terrines, this genius recipe proves that biltong can be more than just a snack. Serve with crispy bread and pickles.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 70 g Woolworths venison biltong, blended into a powder  
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested  
  • pepper, to taste  
  • chives, for serving  

Cooking Instructions

1. Blend all the ingredients together, check the seasoning, then place in a serving dish and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

2. Serve with crispy bread and pickles.
