Cheat’s venison pâté

Inspired by classic French pâtés and terrines, this genius recipe proves that biltong can be more than just a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 70 g Woolworths venison biltong, blended into a powder
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- pepper, to taste
- chives, for serving
Cooking Instructions
Blend all the ingredients together, check the seasoning, then place in a serving dish and chill for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crispy bread and pickles.
