- 1½ cups Woolworths Madagascan vanilla ice cream
- 3 T cream
- ⅓ cup amarula
- dark chocolate, finely grated, to garnish
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse for a few seconds until combined.
2. Pour into glasses and top with the grated chocolate. Serve immediately.
Cook’s note: Amarula is typically South African. Whisky or Kahlua is a great alternative.
