- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 T Woolworths miso paste
Heat the stock, whisk in the miso paste, then simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with toppings such as roast mushrooms, green beans, Tenderstem broccoli, jammy eggs, sesame seeds, sesame oil, nori sheets, chilli crisp or ramen noodles.
