Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee powder
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1/2 cup white sugar

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 170 oC. Spray baking sheet. Mix all together, form walnut-size balls and place on baking sheet (not too close, they do spread – 4 in a row (shorter side of sheet) is fine). Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool. Sandwich together with MILKTART cookies using ganache or frosting.
