- 1 cup pressed apple juice
- 4 sprigs rosemary, or 1 sliced apple
- 2 stalks lemongrass, sliced in half lengthways, or 4 iced lolly sticks
Divide the juice between four ice lolly moulds or other suitable container. Press a rosemary sprig or apple slice into the juice.
Freeze until starting to set, then place lemongrass stalks or ice lolly sticks into centre of each mould and return to freezer. Remove when frozen solid.
