  • 1 x 250 g Woolworths Beef Frikkadels
  • 1 x 16 -pack Woolworths Lamb Samoosas
  • Woolworths Chilli Pickle, to serve
  • Woolworths Everything Onion & Chilli Paste, to serve
  • Main Course

  • Woolworths Chicken Biryani
  • 4 x Woolworths Garlic & Cheese Filled Naan
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 4 T red wine vinegar
  • 3–4 Woolworths Mini Cucumbers, coarsely grated
  • 2 cups Woolworths Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
  • Dessert

  • 600 g Woolworths Ripe & Ready Apricots, halved
  • 4 T Woolworths Smooth Apricot Jam
  • 200 g Woolworths Berry Muesli
  • Woolworths ClemenGold® Sorbet, to serve

Method

Ingredients

1. Warm the frikkadels and samosas in a preheated air fryer at 200°C for 5–8 minutes, or until warmed through.

2. Serve with Woolworths Chilli Pickle and Woolworths Everything Onion & Chilli Paste.

3. To heat the biryani, place in an ovenproof dish and warm in a preheated oven of 180°C for 15–20 minutes.

4. Halfway through, add the Woolworths Garlic & Cheese Filled Naan.

5. Combine the red onion and red wine vinegar in a small bowl and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Alternatively, use the ready-made Woolworths Pickled Red Onion Petals.

6. Mix the grated cucumber and yoghurt together in a small serving bowl.

7. Serve the biryani warm with all sides and condiments.

8. Make this cheat’s apricot cobbles, by placing the halved fruit in an ovenproof dish, that will double as your serving dish. Stir through the jam, top with the Woolworths Berry Muesli and place in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the fruit is soft and the topping slightly crunchy.

9. Serve warm with the Woolworths ClemenGoldÒ Sorbet.
