  • 2 x 175 ml tubs Fruits of the Cape frozen yoghurt
  • 2 luxury fruit mince pies, sliced into chunks
  • Rose petals, washed

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, combine the frozen yoghurt ice cream and mince pie pieces.
Freeze in individual tall containers.
Unmould, and serve with a few washed rose petals
Hint: Use an empty cream container to freeze the ice cream.
