- 250 g good-quality dark chocolate
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled
- 12 large strawberries
- 3 fresh figs
- 6 fresh dates
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler until smooth. Cut the fruit into large pieces and, using a small fork, generously dip into the melted chocolate.
Allow any excess chocolate to drip off, then place on a sheet of greaseproof paper to set.
Pack into small boxes lined with tissue paper and tie with a ribbon. Enjoy within two days.
