  • 450 g oats
  • 60 g puffed rice
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g almonds or hazelnuts chopped
  • 50 g malted milk powder
  • 3 T cocoa powder
  • For the chocolate sauce:
  • 1 cup water
  • 300 g brown sugar
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 4 T vegetable oil
  • 225 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Mix the dry ingredients and spread on a baking tray.

Bring all the ingredients for the sauce to the boil and cook for 1 minute. Pour over the muesli and bake for 30 minutes.
