  • 600 g mixed frozen berries 600
  • 400 g Greek-style yoghurt
  • 4 T honey
  • mint a few sprigs
  • fresh blueberries, for serving
  • meringues, for serving

Blend the berries, yoghurt, honey and mint until smooth and thick.

Serve in frosted glasses with fresh blueberries and meringues.
