- 2 cups green tea, cooled
- 2 T honey
- 2 cups pressed apple juice
- 1 litre sparkling mineral water
- small handful mint leaves
- Lemon or lime, thinly sliced
- 1 fennel stalk, trimmed
Stir the honey into the tea and freeze the tea in an ice tray with a mint leaf. Freeze the apple juice in a separate tray.
Once frozen, remove and place ice cubes in a glass jug. Top with chilled mineral water. Add lemon or lime. Use the fennel as a swizzle stick.
