Grilled Camembert, artichoke and basil pesto ciabatta sandwiches

Ingredients

Method
  • 8 slices toasted ciabatta
  • 1 jar Woolworths marinated artichokes
  • Camembert cheese
  • 4 T Basil pesto
  • Black pepper, for serving

Arrange thick slices of toasted ciabatta on a baking sheet. Top each slice with wedges of Woolworths marinated artichokes and Camembert cheese and skewer to make a tower. Grill until the cheese melts. Serve hot with basil pesto and black pepper.
