- 1 sachet fresh cut corn
- Olive oil
- 1 can butter beans, drained
- 1 sachet torn crisp lettuce leaves
- Tortillas
- To make a fresh lime and chilli dressing, blend together:
- The juice of 1 – 2 limes
- Squeeze of honey
- 1 chopped green chilli
- Handful of coriander leaves
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- Salt to taste

Moisten a sachet of fresh cut corn with olive oil and slide under a hot grill for about 5 minutes, turning around once, until starting to char. Season lightly. Mix together with beans, lettuce and dressing. Wrap in soft, warm tortillas.
