- 1 handful dried hibiscus tea
- 3 cups Woolworths juniper gin

Steep the hibiscus tea in the gin for 2 to 3 days and strain through a fine sieve.
Pour into a decanter and finish with a ribbon.
Serve with a baguette wrapped in Parma ham.
