Ingredients

Method
  • 2 plums, halved
  • 1 t wasabi paste
  • 4 pieces pickled ginger
  • 2 Norwegian salmon ribbons, sliced into four pieces
  • 2 t sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 t low-salt soy sauce

Smear the plum halves with the wasabi paste.
Top with a piece of ginger and twisted salmon ribbons.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and drizzle with the soy sauce.
Serve as a snack with drinks.
