Are you looking for a midweek lamb curry that’s ready in 10 minutes or less? Sounds impossible, right? But thanks to Woolworths’ parcooked lamb curry, you can enjoy it whenever you feel like it. We recommend serving it with white rice and a cooling raita.

  • 600 g Woolworths free-range parcooked lamb curry
  • 250 g Woolworths fully cooked white basmati rice
  • 1 cup Woolworths double thick full-cream plain yoghurt
  • 1 Woolworths Mediterranean cucumber, chopped
  • sea salt, to taste
  • chilli oil, for drizzling

Method

Ingredients

1. Heat the lamb curry and rice according to package instructions.
2. Fluff the rice with a fork and divide between 4 bowls.
3. Mix the yoghurt and cucumber and season with a little salt. Top the rice with the lamb curry, serve with the raita and drizzle with chilli oil.
