Ingredients

1 x 350 g packet Woolworths frozen fruits
2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into wedges
100 g cherries
1. 5 litres Woolworths sparkling coconut and pineapple spring drink
1 1⁄2 cups sparkling wine

Method

Place the frozen fruit, apple and cherries in a glass jug. Top up with ice, flavoured sparkling water and sparkling wine just before serving.

Cook's note: Hot days spent on lawns and pool loungers need great big jugs of ice-cold, fruity, sparkling refreshment like this. (You can leave out the sparkling wine, but why would you?)
