Ingredients

  • 8-10 peaches
  • 750 ml WCC Brut Rosé Cap Classique by Villiera, for serving (alternatively use non-alcoholic sparking wine)
  • a sprig thyme, to garnish

Cooking Instructions

1. Slice the peaches into 2 cm wedges, arrange on a baking tray and place in the freezer overnight.

2. Just before serving, place the peaches in a Nutribullet or blender with a 1/3 cup MCC. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately garnished with grated frozen peaches or nectarine and a sprig of thyme.

Top tip: Freeze wedges of a Woolworths white nectarines and grate the frozen fruit over your cocktail to serve.
