- 4 pears
- ½ cup mustard and honey glaze
Slice the pears in half and scoop out the centres and pips with a melon baller, then drizzle with the lemon juice.
Heat a Teflon-coated griddle pan until warm and lightly grill the pears – they should still be firm.
Remove from the heat and drizzle with the glaze (that can be bought at Woolworths or any deli).
Place in a low oven to keep warm and serve with slices of gammon and tenderstem broccoli.
