- 250 g caster sugar, blend
- small drop of red food colouring
- 1 t rose-water
In a processor, blend the caster sugar, red food colouring and the rose-water. Add more sugar when it starts to dissolve.
Sprinkle over freshly popped popcorn and garnish with a few rose petals.
Cook’s note: Make sure the rose petals are free from any pesticides.
