Chewy ramen noodles are tossed in a creamy peanut sauce and topped with caramelised sticky tofu and crisp sugar snap peas for a quick, flavour-packed dinner. The rich satay-style sauce gives the noodles plenty of depth, while the fresh peas add crunch and balance. Ready in just 20 minutes, it’s an easy meat-free meal that still feels substantial and satisfying.
