  • 750 g Woolworths split pea soup mix
  • 1 T Canola oil
  • 115 ml chicken or vegetable stock
  • 100 g petit pois, blanched
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1. Prepare soup as per packaging instructions.

2. Season and erve topped with petit pois and Parmesan.
