- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 2 T fish sauce
- 2 T ginger water
- Fresh cucumber noodles or lightly steamed noodles
Steam delicious scallops in the shell in a bamboo steamer and serve plain or with a dressing of rice wine vinegar, fish sauce and preserved ginger water.
Serve with fresh cucumber noodles or lightly steamed noodles.
Cook's tip: for the ginger water use the liquid that comes in a bottle of pickled ginger.
