  • 100 g purple cabbage, shredded
  • 4 baby carrots, shaved
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 1 chilli, sliced
  • 1 T fish sauce
  • 2 T soya sauce
  • 1– 2 T mayonnaise
  • Woolworths roasted beef ribs

Cooking Instructions

Combine 100 g shredded purple cabbage, 4 shaved baby carrots, ½ sliced red onion, 1 sliced chilli, 1 T fish sauce, 2 T soya sauce and 1– 2 T mayonnaise.

Serve with Woolworths roasted beef ribs.
