  • 2 x 500 g sweet potato
  • ½ cup Woolworths Smooth Peanut Butter
  • ¾ cup Woolworths Fresh Full Cream Milk, heated
  • ¼ cup Woolworths Ayrshire Pouring Cream
  • 2 T Woolworths Salted Butter
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1–2 cloves, lightly crushed or ground
  • Sea salt, season to taste

Method

Ingredients

1. Boil the sweet potatoes in salted water until tender.

2. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter with warm milk until smooth.

3. Add the peanut mixture to the small sauce pot and stir gently over low heat.

4. Add cream, butter, nutmeg and cloves.

5. Simmer until thick, glossy, and rich, adjusting consistency with milk if needed.

6. Taste and season with sea salt.
