  • 45 ml Talisker No.10 Single Malt Whisky
  • 56 ml Woolworths organic carrot juice
  • 28 ml Woolworths organic beetroot juice
  • 56 ml coconut water
  • 1 pinch of ground cumin

Cooking Instructions

Nick Koumbarakis created this cocktail exclusively for TASTE to celebrate our 10th birthday anniversary. Place all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, stir, and strain into a Highball filled with ice. Serve with a straw and garnish with a bamboo swizzle

Optional accompaniment: Ferrero Rocher chocolate.

Cook's note: you can find coconut water at health shops.
