  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 T Worcester sauce
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 t smoked paprika
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 4 free-range chicken breasts
  • ½ cup chorizo, sliced
  • Seed buns
  • Fresh rocket
  • Ripe avocado
  • Smoky barbecue sauce

Cooking Instructions

In a small saucepan over a medium heat, combine tomato sauce, Worcester sauce, clove crushed garlic, brown sugar and smoked paprika.

To a pan over a medium to high heat, add olive oil and fry free-range chicken breasts until cooked through and golden. Remove from the pan, then fry sliced chorizo until crisp.

Serve the chicken fillets on lightly toasted seed buns, along with fresh rocket, ripe avocado, the pan-fried chorizo and the smoky barbecue sauce.
