Ingredients
Method- 1 x 349 g carton silken tofu
- 200 g dark chocolate, melted
- 2 T water
- a dash of vanilla extract
- 2 T maple syrup
- strawberries, for serving
- mint, for serving
Method
Ingredients1 Blend the tofu until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and combined.
2 Serve as is or divide into 4 ramekins and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm. Top with strawberries and mint and serve.
