- 2 cups water
- a pinch salt
- 375 g maize meal
- amasi, for serving
1. Bring the water and salt to the in a small saucepan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the maize meal. Use a fork to stir until crumbly.
2. Cover with a lid and leave simmering for 15 minutes.
3. Use a fork to fluff the pap and serve with the amasi.
