- 4 cups milk
- 1 split vanilla pod
- 2 t brown sugar
- 1-2 t nut butter
Heat 4 cups of milk in a saucepan, then add the vanilla pod and its seeds and brown sugar.
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes but do not allow to boil.
Swirl 1-2 t of your favourite nut butter into 4 glasses, then divide the strained milk between them.
