  • 150 ml vanilla vodka
  • 150 dry vermouth
  • 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • Ice cubes
  • Crushed ice

Cooking Instructions

Place the vodka, vermouth and vanilla seeds in a shaker with the ice cubes and shake well.
Fill the glasses with crushed ice and pour over the Martini mix.
Garnish with the scraped vanilla pod, cut into strips lengthways.
