Packed with artichoke hearts, mixed peppers, mushrooms and red onions, this veg pizza is as hearty and satisfying as it gets. Whether you're vegetarian or simply want to load up on delicious veggies, this home-made veg pizza proves that meat-free never means flavour-free.

- 200 g mozzarella, grated
- 2 x 135 g Woolworths stone-baked Thin & Crispy pizza bases
- 100 g Woolworths grilled artichokes with herbs in sunflower oil, drained
- mixed peppers (¼ green, ¼ red, ¼ yellow), sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 50 g Woolworths portabellini mushrooms, sliced
- 50 g Woolworths Bella tomatoes, halved
- 50 g Woolworths black olives in brine, drained
Method
Ingredients
1. Spread the mozzarella onto the pizza bases, then top with artichokes, peppers, red onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and olives.
2. Bake at 220°C until golden and crispy.
3. Slice and serve immediately.
