- What you’ll need:
- 1 small watermelon, chilled
- 1 large tin coconut cream
- Vodka

Wash and cut the watermelon in half, and cut each half into 3 slices. Remove the flesh, by slicing from side to side, keeping the skin in one piece.
Divide the coconut cream into 6 bowls. Place the whole slice, skin & flesh into the cream. Twist the sliced melon from the skin, a little bit to the side. Drizzle with a dash of vodka.
Serve immediately.
Hints & Tips: Watermelon can be replaced with other fresh fruit such as peaches, mango or pears.
