Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 t Woolworths harissa spice
  • Lemon, to serve
  • Mint, to serve

Roast 1 head cauliflower with 200 g butter and 2 t Woolworths harissa spice for 30 minutes at 180°C.

Baste the cauliflower with the butter every 5 minutes.

Serve with fresh lemon and mint.
