2 ways with Woolies prepped sweet potato:

1. Cook sweet potato spaghetti according to package instructions, then serve with halved, roasted heads of garlic and roasted corn, a grating of Parmesan, drizzle of olive oil and fresh basil.

2. Heat sweet potato mash and sweet potato-and-marrow mash according to package instructions and finish off with a grind of black pepper
