Before you open the food delivery app, we’ve found a winning chicken dinner that’s ready in just 30 minutes. You can dress it up or serve as is. It’s filling, satisfying, a little spicy and way better than greasy, subpar takeaways.

If you’re over your standard midweek chicken dinner, there is nothing “standard” about Woolworths’ new cheese-and-jalapeño chicken breast fillets. Butter-brined breasts are topped with cream cheese, jalapeño sauce and smoked chicken rashers. Roast for melted oozy cheese and tender chicken and serve with creamy mash, spicy rice, or a Mexican-inspired spread of charred tortillas, guac and all the extras. Well played.
