8. Air-fryer roast chicken

This year we launched our🍴Dinner Tonight🍴campaign on Instagram. Every day at 3 pm, we post a dinner recipe. Whether you make the recipe the same day, draw inspiration from it, or save it to cook on another day, we want to make dinner planning simpler for you. Abigail Donnelly's air-fryer roast chicken was posted in the first week of January as part of this campaign, and we're not surprised at the reception. This recipe has everything. It showcases Abi's signature roast chicken, it's air-fryer friendly, has a nice kick of citrus, and crispy onions and cauliflower to serve on the side.
