If you only think of feta as a salad topper, these two recipes will certainly change your mind. Pan-fried feta and phyllo-wrapped feta look like posh appetisers but in reality they are dead-easy to make. If you’re hosting on a budget or simply craving something cheesy, read below.

One may not immediately think of feta when listing their favourite cheeses, but we think that it’s because feta is an underrated cheese. It’s time to give feta the flowers it deserves by making it the main attraction. These two recipes can be served at various occasions from braais and picnics to laidback dinner parties and New Year’s Eve celebrations.
