Chocolate oat porridge

We’re almost scared to say it out loud (don’t jinx it), but this chocolate oat porridge is like having dessert for breakfast – except without the guilt.

Gluten-free turmeric fritters

Fancy a fritter? These babies are loaded with flavour and best of all, they’ll add some welcome variety to your breakfast repertoire.

Get-up-and-go green smoothie

Few things beat a smoothie for ease, and this one is loaded with ingredients (like banana and nut butter) to help you with that necessary feeling of fullness.

The breakfast combo – fruity yoghurt bowl + avo-and-egg toast

Add half a cup of plain double-cream yoghurt to a bowl and serve with fresh fruit of your choice and a drizzle of honey. For the avo-and-egg toast, serve ripe avo on toasted wholewheat or sourdough bread. Top with jammy eggs, micro herbs, salt and pepper, and pickled pink onions for a bit of tang. Enjoy with Woolworths cold-pressed juices – we like the Vitamin C juice with watermelon, strawberry and baobab, and the Vitamin C shot with camu camu, pineapple and mandarin is a zesty delight.
