  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and halved
  • 1⁄2 cup yoghurt (optional)
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, stoned and quartered
  • 2 dates, stoned
  • 1 T nut butter
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • A squeeze lime juice
  • Ice, for serving

Cooking Instructions

Blend all the ingredients, adding more nut butter or lime juice if necessary.

Cook’s note: If you’re making a smoothie for one (with seconds), halve the ingredients.
