  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 5 g fresh sage
  • 500 g mixed brown and portabellini mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 cups cream

Method

Ingredients

Soften 1 diced onion in 30 g butter with 3 cloves crushed garlic and 5 g fresh sage.

Season to taste.

Add 500 g chopped mixed brown and portabellini mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.

Add 2 cups cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
