Broccoli salad with bacon biltong

“The lime-and-honey dressing is the perfect sweet-sour combo. This is a great dish for bulking up with cooked grains or butter beans.”- Abigail Donnelly
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the ricotta in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden.
2. Halve the ricotta and place on a plate. Add the remaining ingredients and garnish with the herbs. Drizzle over the dressing.
