Ingredients
Method- 2 balls burrata or buffalo mozzarella, torn
- 1 bunch Woolworths Cotton Candy grapes, washed and halved
- 4 blood oranges, peeled and cubed
- sea salt, to taste For the berry vinaigrette, mix:
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 3 T Woolworths cold-pressed Berry Beet smoothie
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 2 t wholegrain mustard
Method
IngredientsArrange the burrata, grapes and oranges on a platter. Drizzle over the vinaigrette and season with salt to taste
