Kefir Bircher Muesli

Creamy, tangy and packed with gut-loving goodness, this kefir bircher muesli is the ultimate make-ahead breakfast. Loaded with oats, fresh fruit and wholesome ingredients, it’s perfect for busy mornings, meal prep or a wholesome breakfast on the go.
Ingredients
Method
- 1 x 300 ml Woolworths Ayrshire full-cream yeast-free kefir (your flavour of choice)
- 3 T rolled oats
- 1 T raw almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 T coconut flakes
- 1 T dried cranberries
- ½ green apple, grated
- honey, to taste (optional)
- mixed berries, to garnish (optional)
Method
Ingredients
1. Mix the kefir, oats, almonds, coconut flakes, cranberries and 2 T grated apple.
2. Spoon half the mixture into a glass jar, top with the remaining apple and drizzle with honey, if using. Top with the remaining bircher muesli mixture. Chill overnight.
3. Serve topped with fresh berries or any chopped fruit of your choice.
