This quick, plant-based dinner reimagines a rich, warm curry with tofu as the star. Think flavourful curry with coconut-crusted tofu served on jasmine rice. It’s quick, easy and delicious.

  • 400 g Woolworths PlantLove coconut crusted tofu with curry sauce
  • 200 g jasmine rice, cooked
  • 2 red chillies, finely sliced
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges
  • 4 T coconut flakes, toasted

Method

Ingredients
  1. Heat the tofu according to package instructions.
  2. Divide the rice between 2 bowls and top with the tofu and curry sauce.
  3. Garnish with the chillies, limes and coconut flakes.
