This quick, plant-based dinner reimagines a rich, warm curry with tofu as the star. Think flavourful curry with coconut-crusted tofu served on jasmine rice. It’s quick, easy and delicious.

- 400 g Woolworths PlantLove coconut crusted tofu with curry sauce
- 200 g jasmine rice, cooked
- 2 red chillies, finely sliced
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
- 4 T coconut flakes, toasted

Ingredients
- Heat the tofu according to package instructions.
- Divide the rice between 2 bowls and top with the tofu and curry sauce.
- Garnish with the chillies, limes and coconut flakes.
