Peanut-and-Coca Cola chicken potjie

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Place the nuts on a baking tray, sprinkle with sea salt and roast for 10 minutes.
While the nuts are still warm, blend in a food processor for 8–10 minutes, or until smooth.
Add the sesame oil and blend. Add the honey and dates and blend well. Spread on toast, or eat with yoghurt and fruit or in smoothies.
