Ingredients

Method
    For the dressing:

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup sherry vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • For serving:

  • 350 g Woolworths exotic tomatoes, halved

Method

Ingredients
  1. Blend all the dressing ingredients together, except the salt and pepper.
  2. Season to taste and pour over the exotic tomatoes.
