Vodka-and-lime jelly with grapes and honey

Ingredients
Method- 6-8 leaves gelatine
- Juice of 3 limes
- 50 g caster sugar
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 Bunch crisp green grapes
- 1 bunch sweet red grapes
- 4 t runny honey
Method
IngredientsSoften the gelatine leaves in a bowl of cool water for 5 minutes, then squeeze out any excess water. Dissolve the leaves in 1 t warm water, then mix in the lime juice, caster sugar and vodka.
Once dissolved, divide the mixture between four glasses and add a few green and red grapes to each. Chill until set, then drizzle over 1 t honey and serve immediately.
